- Box Jumps 24/20″
- Push Press 34/25kg
- Rest 1 minute
1 minute at each station – clock is continuous for 18 minutes. 1 minute rest at station 6. Count total reps for points and 1 rep for each calorie on the rower.
In teams 2-4 – in a continuous clock perform:
EMOM for 10 minutes Hand over Hand Prowler Pull.
